The T90 blocker uses primarily synthetic leather with some nylon on the backside to help reduce the overall weight. Sherwood has used a weave material to provide the design and give the T90 blocker an awesome, sleek look. The board of this blocker features a pretty aggressive curve to help with rebound control and allow for maximum mobility. The design of this blocker features what Sherwood calls a "transverse arch," which helps to stabilize the blocker on the hand and disperse the energy away from the point of impact. the T90 blocker uses a rigid foam panel to protect the side of the hand and also provide more net coverage. The finger protection of this blocker is very unique and sets the T90 blocker apart from most blockers on the market. The blocker uses foam pieces to cover the lower part of the fingers and then foam inserts directly on the finger giving the blocker the feeling of a player's glove. This set up allows for excellent grip and control of the stick without sacrificing too much protection. 

The Sherwood T90 blocker uses a Nash leather in the palm with dual layers in the center of the palm and the thumb for extra durability in those high wear zones. The fingers of this blocker uses a thick mesh material to allow some airflow while still being quite durable. On the inside of the blocker, Sherwood has used a moisture wicking pad on the top side which will help to keep the blocker dry. The loose two-piece cuff design use with this blocker allows for excellent wrist mobility.
